Adagio Teas
My first loose leaf tea experience was from Adagio. This place is great for newcomers starting their loose leaf tea journey! They offer a handsome selection of loose leaf teas, from white tea to herbal tea, as well as different teaware and accessories. Most of the teas here have medium depth, seldom will folks come across a variety that is too strong or overpowering.
The teas are well balanced, easy to brew, and come in handy tin containers. (more information soon!)
Like Adagio, this online tea merchant offers both a vast selection of quality loose leaf teas, and prompt shipping. The teas here also come in cool sample sizes that are great for buying and trying many different teas. In addition, this helps folks filter out the teas they favor the most for larger sizes without hitting them in the wallet. If you're new to loose leaf tea, and want to buy tea online, give them a try. Thus far, I have enjoyed every tea from them, and have no complaints.(more to come!)
This is another fine online store that offers many varieties of quality loose leaf tea. They have easy navigation of all of their products, a nice warm feel, provide great pictures, and also deliver promptly. My only gripe is that I wish they would have a larger selection of certain teas, but having that been said, I still feel this store is worth checking out! Especially their interesting oolong teas...
The home of Japanese green tea. They say that actions speak louder than words, and trust me, their products will back up my review.
They only offer Japanese tea, but that's ok because you'll find it very challenging to find a better brand! For folks who prefer fresh tea that is shipped right from the source rather then sit around in ocean transport, O-Cha is a good find. High quality, above standard sencha, gyokuro, and matcha teas. They may be on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. (more information soon)
