Looking for a tea gift basket as a perfect gift?
Don't just give them anything, over-deliver your gift and earn a surprised/happy look. Do it Yourself Vs. Premade
To create a tea gift basket yourself is not as hard or time consuming as you think, and with a little more effort, you can indeed have a terrific gift for that special tea drinker you wish to impress!
Since this site is about the many benefits of brewing and enjoying loose tea, we will start here.
But first, you'll need to buy an inexpensive empty gift basket at a local gift shop. Once you have that, here are some ideas on what to add in. Visit Adagio Teas Here For Quality Tea & Accessories
What to Include:
You can purchase most of the products below from both; Adagio Teas and Dragonwater.
Preparing tea loose leaf style over tea bags is superior in everyway! From great true tea aroma and flavor to the offered health benefits...loose is the way to go. Be sure to add a couple of sample-sized tins of several varieties in the basket.
In order to steep loose tea, you'll need infusers. Dragonwater.com offers some fine items to select from. You can either go with the 100 count "Tea Sac" disposable paper filters (either size 1 or 2), or you can purchase a durable tea mug infuser for many years of brewing. There are also tea ball and tea spoon infusers to consider as well.
Be sure to drop one of those in.
Another great thing to add in the tea gift basket is teaware. These can range from cups, mugs, tea pots and tea kettles. Adagio offers a nice electric tea maker called the "UtiliTEA" which is great for brewing multiple cups at once. It's probably one of the faster electric kettles on the market and offers precise temperature settings for different types of tea. Visit Adagio Teas Here For Purchasing These Items
Other things to consider can be water filters, tea foods such as crackers, cheeses, or biscuits. Coffee, fruits and organic juices may add to the basket too. This all depending on how "big" you want to go. Premade baskets are of course another way to go, but they almost always contain tea bags which may be convenient, but will offer a bland tea experience. Don't be fooled if they are labeled "gourmet" either...there is no such thing as gourmet tea from a tea bag!
Not when compared to freshly brewed quality loose tea! Trust me, there is a difference, especially when comparing white and green tea types. So, all you need is an empty basket and some creativity. Also ask yourself what you know about the person this tea gift basket is for.
Are they already a tea drinker? If so, what in addition can they use...or what can further benefit them? Every tea drinker always appreciates new varieties of loose tea, so you can not go wrong there!
With a little investigation, you can make the perfect basket for them...and once again, it is not as hard as it may sound. Page Topics
