Ti Kuan Yin oolong tea from Dragonwater.com brews a pleasant full flavored cup with nice body and depth. At first it may seem strong, but its nuances balance out once your palate opens up to it.
Expect a light golden cup for a liquor along with an airy floral aroma. Its flavor is sort of like a woody-sweetness with a hint of flowery tones. If one were to drink thing with a spicy meal, it would accompany it nicely, in fact, most oolongs do.
I liked this variety of oolong, but it is not one of my favorites. It's good though, and for newcomers to oolong tea, this one is not a bad place to start.
